In the case where Circle M Brand suspects credit card fraud or any other type of fraud is being attempted Circle M Brand will cancel the order with without notification.

Freight rates are subject to change without notice. Current freight rates are available at www.nzpost.co.nz. Circle M Brand calculates freight charges at the time of shipment.

Circle M Brand reserves the right to change freight charges without notice.

Delivery within New Zealand is primarily, but not exclusively by courier.

• Track and Trace minimum weight charge is 2 kg + NZ$10.00 so if your item is a drovers hat weighing 0.5 kg you will have to pay the 2 kg price + NZ$10.00.
• If you make a purchase over $250.00 excluding postage additional cover is compulsory.
